Chat Cam Site

Create a Web Cam chat room site using Flash. 1) Please contact me for small specifics not listed here. 2) I want a site with multiple chat rooms with an editable max occupancy by admin. Start at 25 per room. Also, would like to be able to add/remove chat rooms. 3)Min of 3 viiewable cams per room. Max 7. One cam only should be a larger view. 4) Each member should be able to have a profile with at least 1 uploadable photo. 5) Need for 1on1 personal chat to be possible. 6) Profiles should be searchable. Also, want a "favorites list" so folks can save the profiles they like. 7) seperate email boxes are not necessary but users should be able to email folks without disclosing their own email address. 8) need mod and admin privilages seperate. Need the ability to "boot" and/or "ban" a user by name or isp. 9) might include other small things. Nothing major. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All
