Excellent php programmer wanted

Attached are instructions of what I need done. You must be excellent with Flash and some knowledge of php/mysql I need this done within 5 days. DO NOT BID if you can't do it. Time was wasted by a previous programmer I selected, so I will want daily communication of progress - this is a requirement! $25 bonus if it's done in less than 120 hours from the time you accept if chosen. Budget is $200
