Flash Poker Odds Calculator

I need to develop a poker odds calculator that can be embedded in a web page. The technology must be Flash. There is an open source Odds calculator engine that can be found here [login to view URL] It can be used as the calculating engine and can run as a CGI on the server. The flash can then communicate with the CGI via PHP calls. The coder can suggest any other way to implement the solution as long as it can run on a standard Linux server with Apache / PHP. Technical details: Flash object dimentions: up to 420x420 pixels. Coder need to design the interface from start to end. Logo will be supplied by me and must be used in the calculator interface. All texts and captions must be declared in an external XML file so later translations can be made easily. Functionality: the flash (with all the other components) must produce the same output as the example i add at the end of this description. User interface can be different as long as it is easy to use and working smoothly. **I expect to get a fully functional flash with smooth and nice user interface and BUG FREE.** Coder must supply detailed installation instructions on the server i described above. During the development phase the coder must install it on his server so i will be able to see how it looks like and send my comments. I will then need the FULL source code of the flash / PHP / engine for future references. Please note: this is not a simple task. it requires high skill of programing.
