Logo Design Required(repost)

**REVISED** We are looking for a Logo Designer to complete an image for a Radio Station based in the UK. We need something simple but funky / sophisticated looking. We have attached at what we are looking for, but please see below the spec. PLUS we would like this logo animated in FLASH, so we need a designer that can create a standalone logo and also animated and has experience in flash. I have attached a word document with a VERY rough sketch of the image concept we are looking for for you to a sample on. We are looking at some kind of funky bubble writing with the colours of orange and white....the colours blend, tonal gradation, looks fluid, kinetic and has movement. My idea is to have the word coming forward, so the S is at the back. The letters are like bubbles and the tail of the S is shooting forward, knocking off the dot above the I and crossing the FM is reversed out of a handy splat.
