495374 Wordpress Theme Modification ( CSS based theme )

Hi We currently have a custom wordpress theme that is largely based on a left sidebar and content col. We would like to change this theme to a 1. Mixture of no left sidebar / no right sidebar. Thus we will need: A CSS dropdown menu from top menu from top navigation bar. Alteration of the " content div " css etc. 2. We wold also like an " internal" to the new content div sidebar template for certain cases and for this internal div. 3. An analysis of the content Divs CSS code to see where it can be simplified from a data entry ( population ) point of view and from a useability point of view . This will require an in depth CSS knowledge. You will most likely be comfortable with hand coding CSS , be familiar with useability concepts and be able to ammend/ manipulate in photoshop existing theme graphics to suit the modified theme layout. ( eg rollover states etc. ) We are looking for an immediate starter and availability to communicate in the 5pm GMT to 1am GMT timezone is preferred due to my own work schedule.
