Creating Blog or Website Content Syndication Platform

This is a website content syndication project that is similar to sites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] but with more unique features and addons. Basically, it's a platform that allows people to submit their articles onto the platform, and it will distribute it to the blogs and websites in our network. There are basically 2 unique properties of this platform. 1) People who want unique articles on their blogs. 2) People who want to distribute their articles. For people who want unique articles on their blogs, they can sign up for free and earn some points (for prizes or monetary payment). Allow the adminstrator to decide how many points to be allocated for each of the blogs (so better blogs would get more points). In order for them to receive these articles, the blog must have api from major CMS like wordpress, blogger, typepad, movabletype etc. They should be able to configure which categories of content they want to have for their website and sync our categories in our platform with them. They can also choose to approve or reject the articles. And choose how many they want a day. For people who want to distribute their articles, they need to pay certain amount of monthly fees or pay per post. They will be able to submit their articles to our platform (can use both original or spun content). They will be able to submit both youtube videos and articles onto the site into our WYSIWYG html editor on the platform. They can schedule when for the content to be distributed. Once distributed, it'll go to our queuing system and send to the blogs. They can only submit X number of links and the platform must be able to detect how many links they submit. The platform would be able to show how many articles are published, the acceptance rate, whether the article is draft or published, how many blogger have seen their articles and accept their articles. The platform would be able to show how extensive their articles have been spun and show the statistics. The platform would require these features 1) payment facilities using either clickbank or paypal 2) allow new users to submit their blogs to get unique content from our website as well as earning points (for prizes or monetary payment). 3) allow the articles to be spun using syntax like {example1~example2} and {example1|example2}, 4) showing stats on how many articles are distributed There could be more features I missed out.
