minor changes to existing google app engine java application

Hello I have with me a java interface that allows user to pay via Paypal and purchase 'links'. I also have with me code that detects the correct text for a captcha image given as input. (ie tells you what the letters in the captcha image are). I want you to make following changes to the java interface- (1) Change purchase of links to purchase of "number of captchas", in blocks of 1000. Eg a user can purchase 1000 captchas, or 2000 captchas etc. The price to be set by admin user is price per 1000 captchas(instead of per link as done currently). Also an admin can directly add captchas to any user without payment.(Currently admin can add links, change this to 'blocks of 1000 captchas') (2) Add Moneybookers as a payment option- in existing script paypal can be used for one time or recurring payments- same thing should be allowed for moneybookers as well. Even if you cant do this particular task then also you can put in a bid for rest of the work. (3) Provide access to the code that tells the text contained in captcha image, through a simple API- Also once a user has purchased 'blocks of captchas' then he is assigned a unique API Key- when user wants to use the code to find out the text in captcha, he has to provide his email ID and this API key as input parameters, only then he can access the API. The total number of captchas available to a user is also continuously updated (eg user has purchased 1000 captchas, and now uses this API for one captcha image, now he can use the API for finding out value of 999 more captchas). (4) Simple screen for existing user to change/regenerate API key. (5) Change the design for interface over to a HTML template provided by me, Also changing a css file changes the overall color/design within this template- that should be set as a configurable admin parameter.
