mobile offline - pocket explorer only

OFFLINE dev spec: Part 1. There is a webbased application which stores some information abt 'calls' in cookies. To do - write an offline version which work with calls. Important: 1) We don't want to install anything (like Pocket SQL etc) on the device. The offline page should be as much 'invisible' for the user as possible, however there can be a text displayed abt lost connection. 2) The webbased system should automatically detect that the internet connection was lost and switch to the offline page. 3) The offline page should use cached graphic in order to look v similar to webbased solution. 4) The offline page should inform the user if the internet connection is available again, let the user to save his work (cookies) and switch to the webbased solution where a message 'synchronisation needed' is displayed. 5) The offline page must work on each pda ## Deliverables more specification to follow. successful coder will be selected on his response to this initial specification. cost can be indicative at this point
