Simple script change, needs to be updated to work with PHPBB 3.0 instead of 2.0

I have very simple script, it is used as part of the signup process on one of my sites. All that the script does is take the values "$login" and "$password" (which are part of the signup process on my site - the username and password that the user is signing up with) and uses them to create an account in PHPBB at the same time (it's hosted on the same server). I just upgraded from PHP 2.x.x to 3.x.x and it doesn't work anymore. I need the script fixed so it works with 3.x.x This should be very easy. The first person to fix it and post the fixed file (please post in a zip file) gets awarded the project winner. My bidger for this is $15. I will pay via PayPal or GAF escrow, however you wish. The file is attached. I need this done FAST!
