Add on work for customized booking form

I am using custom made booking form for air tickets, which is not connected to any gds or any other system. it is for personal record tracking booking form. I need to add few more thing to the back-end (admin panel). To give the idea about the air booking form:- Back-end Admin Panel:- can handle flights, no of seats, no of seats of each class and sub-class, flights on the scheduled dates, agents and users login for front-end (to use booking form) Front-end Booking form:- Only users of the assigned agents can book the flights data. user can see his all bookings data. agents can see all bookings of his all users. all data can be exported to excel file, searchable, printable too. Modifications required work for this form:- The option to set the price of each class and sub-class. All prices should be shown on the main booking form page and also when user select flight then class, the price of this class should be shown too. The notification area, through which i can post something on the back end, and all the user will see it on the form, if there is some urgent msg or news from the admin. Please kindly get the idea first then bid. After awarding the project, I want it to be done in 6 days time only. no extra days will be allowed.
