Create a Simple WordPress Plugin

I need a custom wordpress plugin created that will allow users to be able to add our button to their WP site/blog. It needs to be very similar in functionality to the AddThis Plugin for WordPress. We have created technology whereby adding our button to any web page, ANY USER to that page can come and start higlighting the page in place. There is NO Sign-UP and No Registration required of any user.
