Custom eBay Checkout - PHP/MySQL/eBay API

I need a checkout script for my ebay business written in **PHP/MySql** using **eBay API** as well as **PayPal IPN**. I have attached a detailed description of the project. UPDATE: Just in case my document is not clear, this script is intended to be used only by a **single eBay seller account** - only for my ebay listings. **ONLY BID if you have experience building similar scripts using eBay API (unified schema XML).** Please send me screen shots of similar projects if possible. Previous experience with PayPal IPN is also required. I am an experienced PHP programmer but I am not familiar with eBay API, that is why I am specifically looking for an expert who has done this before and who can do a neat and efficient job for me in a timely manner. I need this project up and working ASAP. Please give an honest time estimate. IMPORTANT: I absolutely require that the script be written very neatly and be fully commented. I intend to add features to it myself on a regular basis and possibly integrate it into my existing inventory system at a later date. I care most about functionality. It needs to work correctly- my business will depend on it. Please do not waste time on interface design and interface graphics. I want it looking simple. I will add interface graphics/enhancements myself. I tried to be as detailed as possible in my request document, if you have any suggestions, comments, and/or questions please feel free to ask. If you feel that I left out anything that you feel is important, let me know. Also, I expect to review and approve your database schema for the project before you begin. Thank you in advance for bidding a fair price on this project and I am looking forward to working with the selected developer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) Code must be neat and commented. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MySQL - Script will run on a Linux server with PHP 4.4.4 (register_globals=off) and MySQL version 4.1.21
