Fix CSS Rollover Menu issues

hi, We are having issues with our new CSS Rollover menu on our company websites. What needs to be done for both websites: 1) Fix the CSS Rollover Menu so that it displays and works correctly in Internet Explorer 6 and lower versions. 2) Fix the CSS Rollover Menu so that it displays and works correctly in all versions of Opera. 3) Fix the CSS Rollover Menu so that it displays and works correctly in all versions of Safari. 4) Make sure that the CSS Rollover Menu displays and works fine on all known internet browsers. We will supply the winning bidder with our existing website files, for the winning bidder to be able to fix the new menu for both of our websites. Our budget for this project is $30-$50.
