Fix Exit Popup, Wordpress site, only working in Firefox

We just had a exit pop up installed on our website on a few pages, it's only working in Firefox. The guy who installed it doesn't seem to be able to fix it. Please help!!! Please don't try to do this unless you are an expert on this.
