Insurance Brokers Website Development

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to complete a fairly large project and the cheapest possible price. Please have a look at my previous employer feedback, even though I am new to this website, I always make ontime payments and usually hire you again. I need a 'preferred european/american' website developer with EXCELLENT skills in Java, AJAX, PHP, MySQL and online payments and many API. ------------------------------------------------------- People will come to my website to find cheap VEHICLE insurance. I need a system which, when the user fills out their details on my website, their details are sent to 3 price comparison websites who give my website quotes, then my website automatically selects the cheapest quote from the 3 comparison sites, then my website automatically shows my website user the quote plus a £49.99 admin fee. The user then must pay my website a fee off 49.99 GBP and then get redirected to the insurers website to pay for their insurance. Basically, in the UK, there are three main websites which offer insurance comparison: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and www.moneysupermarket.com. When users enter their details on these websites, they are given quotes from hundreds of insurance companies. My website will be linked to the API of these comparison sites (you will be required to make your own API as no generic API is provided by these sites). As a user/customer who visits my website, this is the process which will occur: - A user visits my front-end website and clicks on a 'Get Car Insurance Quote' button (I will design the front-end website, you need to make the application form/system) - The button will open a new window with an application form - The user is required to input their details into the beautiful HTML5/CSS2, Java verified, easy form - The user is required to wait upto 2 minutes while the website gets information from comparison sites - The user is the asked if they want to pay monthly/annually for their insurance - The user is shown TWO prices and total: 1- The insurance price: cheapest insurance company from 3 comparison sites 2- Our brokers fee of £49.99 (we should be able to change this in admin panel) TOTAL: The total price of their insurance (if they choose monthly, the site should show a breakdown of repayments) - The user can click 'Buy Now' if they want to go ahead with the policy - The user is redirected to our payment site for brokers fee - The user is then redirected to insurers website to buy insurance Please provide with the cheapest quote, If the system is successful, you will be given a job to make similar system for HOME, BUSINESS, MOBILE PHONE insurance etc. This is an ongoing job, and if you can provide me with a cheap bid, I will pay more for future jobs!
