Joomla XTC template Aphex

Need some modifications done to a joomla xtc template. Need the default browser template to work on the mobile, the template needs setting up basically, most of it is working, but the background needs setting up and a rather annoying image needs removing. The template has some modules that load articles, they are not very user friendly and would like them converted to standard HTML modules, but with the same effect, either that or get them to work has described in the PDF. The module is the JoomlaXTC Deluxe News Pro. There is also a couple of icons that need adjusting. If you are familiar with Joomla XTC templates should be easy and quick to do, if not, wouldn't recommend it. Need someone to start right away. Not looking to pay more than $30.
