Modify and bugfix Cre Loaded (oscommerce) Order editor

I need a new order editor in my new CRE Loaded system and bugfix it so it works and calculate 100% correct with all types of customers. A lot of the functions are already made so the job is more a bugfix, than a from scratch project. if you want and it is better for you to redo the code from the scratch it is ok for us. our requirements are the functions in the editor and the possibility to edit all kind of customers/orders and use all types of order totals.
