Need artwork inserted into web form

I need a form modified to add a bit of artwork. This should be a very simple job. The form was developed by a very talented programmer and I just want to have some artwork added to it. You will need to pull the files via ftp, modify them, test them, have them approved and then update them on the website. The current form must remain available during the modification. I have the artwork...do you have the time and the talent? Must be done in one day...or less.
