Form with management submissions

We are seeking for a talented freelancer to help us building a system for a competition contest. Please ensure you understand this project in its entirety before bidding. In your bid message, please give us evidence that you have read all excel spreadsheets – without this we will not consider your bidding. Work required consists of: 1. Form: Where candidates post their submission (multi-pages and 6 tables); 2. Judges form: Where judges evaluate the applications (three pages, no tables); 3. Stats area: To see some statistics (one page, no tables); 4. Administration: These users can see how many evaluations where made by the judges (one page, no tables). 5. Backend: To specify values, managing all extensions (7/9 pages and 8 tables). Some key points: - All pages are already drawn (form and backend), with types fields, format and relationships between them (tables); - We will provide all the questions, options and formats for the form. Payment: Milestones: 70% when you finish the project and after we test it. And 30% for support (two months) to make live tests. If you have any question please contact us.
