joomla website content list problem

hi i have a website made by [login to view URL] my website i have set 4 section :news ,sports,lifestye,science. in each section i create lots of [login to view URL] problem is i want list the content from more than 2 Categorys. example:in section NEWS,i set 4 Category:world news with picture ,world news without picture ,local news with picture and local news without picture now i want people can see all the content that from 2 Category: world news with picture and world news without picture it means i want show the conten from 2 or more Category in list mode.i have atteched the picture. i have looked around the extensions from [login to view URL] can not find any one can make it. any one can make it ,you can bid this project. i have find a extension that can show the content that has same keywold to realize this ,but i do not want it in this way. means only the conten ,no need keywold or tags . if you can do not ,show me a demo,i will choose you.
