Credit COntrol System with CRM & Shopping Cart

Description This system will provide people who are owed money with a pack of request and demand letters to the person who owes it. This will take away the “Hassle?? factor for them with a well presented pack of letters that they can send, one at a time. The user is the company who is owed money and the recipient is the person or company who owes the money. For the general CRM, I need it to be able to do broadcasts and autoresponders, so when a user fills out a form on my site they are in my list a group I can specify and they can receive a autoresponder series of as many messages as I want. The primary functions I would like: * Customer will fill in: name * * Company name * Telephone number * Email address * Address and any other fields I need An autoresponder will then send a series of emails as part of a mini book. ## Deliverables The shopping cart needs to be able to allow customers to choose which level of service they want, and then to enter the info of the ‘recipient’ who they need to chase money from. The user enters the recipients details over 2-3 pages and basically at the end of the process the user orders a ‘pack’ which (depending on the service they buy) will be a PDF or will send me a notification of their order and along with the notification, a link to a PDF which uses merge fields from the info entered on the web page, to create 8-10 letters (all in one pdf) which I can print and package nicely o send to the user in the post. · The system you build must allow customers to use Paypal or my merchant account through (with payment gateway Protx) for their payment. It also needs to be able to schedule monthly or annual payments in the case it is not just a one off order. I don’t mind if an open-source CRM or shopping cart is used but I have to be happy with look and feel before we close the project. The recipients letters will use merge fields to enter the information based on what the user puts in. It will have to calculate court costs, interest at x %, and any late fees the user wishes to levy against the recipient. You will also have to write directions on how to use the site which I can put on my website. So in summary I need a: · Web page (using a [login to view URL] template) · Shopping cart (where I can add more products over time) · CRM (which I will use to communicate with my customers and users) · Members login area with ‘forgot password’ functions · And an automatic ability to calculate interest, late charges and court fees. Which will appear in the letters, by way of merge fields. I need to be able to take on affiliates, let affiliates agree to affiliate terms on a web page and manage affiliates in terms of commissions etc, affiliate links and assiogn comission to be paid on a per product basis. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. The System must be in ready-to-run condition.
