Joomla!/VirtueMart Send Cart Mod

Hello guys! This should be a relatively simple task for a programmer who understands joomla/virtuemart. I have a website with Joomla 1.5.14 and VirtueMart 1.3 installed. Have installed the free Send Cart module created by [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Send Cart allows visitors to input their name, their email address and their friends email address. Upon clicking 'submit' Send Cart sends an email to the friends email address that displays the contents of the cart. All works fine. What I need is someone to mod send cart: 1. Add a field called telephone number. 2. Remove the 'friends field' input from the front end and make 'submit' send the cart email to 'my' email address instead. 3. Would like but not essential - Add the input Name, Email address & Phone number to the email that comes to me. The hack does not need to be pretty, it just needs to work.
