Need a Senior Magento Professional for a long term project

We are look for ONE SENIOR magento developer to involve in our magento customization project. Since this project is not only related with theme, but also develop the extensions magento. So please ensure you’ve read carefully the following items before you send us message and bids. Note: this post will only used to find the right developers and then we will communicate with the winners about our detail requirement and then negotiate the project price and then we will open another project for the winners. Required Skills: 1) You must have deeply understand how magento system works, software structure, extensions etc. we are not looking for a theme developer although this project involve some magento theme work 2) You must have great experience of developing magento extensions in the past 2 years. 3) Development of facebook or twitter related extension development is a PLUS 4) You must have at least 5 years experience of PHP 5) You must have enough time to work on our project, if you are working on multiple project, please don’t bid. Some special notes: 1） Milestone payment method for the whole project. 2） Since this project is some complex, you should have both email and IM for communication. 3） All the development should not touch the core code, instead you should use local folder to overwrite the core 4） We need some important docs like: database table etc. 5） I suggest you provide your resume and any other necessary material which can show you are the senior professional magento developers.
