2 projects - Freelance script & Online designer tool

Hello friends, PROJECT #1: I'm looking for a freelancer script that can integrate with my current website. I have a sign shop, and I need to have a way for clients to have projects designed by local freelancers. Note that I said "local". We can't outsource all of our design projects to GAF because we are a local shop... customers come to us for the work, and they want to keep their business in town. So what we are doing is to allow local designers and college students to supply their work to our customers. We would like to provide a way for our customers to connect with these local providers through our website. Make sense? So we're looking for something similar to GAF (although it doesn't have to be that full-featured). We are using Magento for our online shopping and product catalog. This script doesn't necessarily have to integrate with the Magento script itself (sessions, storage, etc.), but it would be nice if the script were to at least be displayed in one of the pages. If this is too difficult, then we can keep it completely separate from Magento, but I'd prefer to at least have a similar theme to match the rest of our website. PROJECT #2: We would like a way for clients to be able to design basic signs online. This would be some sort of design utility that could forward their design to us via email. They should be able to change backgrounds, upload their own picture, add text, etc. It would be great if we could have a way to choose template styles or sizes too. It doesn't have to be very elaborate, and it would be nice if it can be displayed in one of our Magento-based pages. There are a lot of scripts out there that can do online designing.
