Android application with Google Cloud Messaging

This is a simple project with very modest interface and very simple functionality. To do this Project you MUST have knowledge on: Java (Android), Google Cloud Messaging, PHP, MySQL, GIT Please if you dont know these dont bid! What you have to do: 1.
