Hi, We are using a opensource ticketsystem in our repaircenter. It is a PHP Mysql website. It is perfect for only creating tickets. After we entered the client information we print a receipt for customer. In this script, i would like to add a customer (database) module. I want a customer webpage where i can save all of the customer info. When i create a new ticket, i can choose a customer and all my info will automatic enterd in all the fields. So when a customer returns to our repaircenter, i can find that customer by name, email etc. If interested i will give you a login to a copy of our ticketsystem I dont know how much hour it will take to build. So i dont know what i need to pay. Greetings Robin

Hi sir, I'm very interested in this project. Please help to clarify this or send me a login to the script "So when a customer returns to our repaircenter, i can find that customer by name, email etc." How you mean by this? So when user comeback they don't need to enter information when it was stored in customer database?

Hello, Thank you for considering me. I'd like to do the work for you. I've been developing interfaces between databases and forms since 1984. Customer and membership systems have always been a part of that. As have interfacing them with Ordering systems, like when they are purchasing products that they pay for. Getting the information for the customer and putting it into the appropriate fields to place an order with was always a part of that. So was implementing various types of search functions. In your project description you've said that after you enter the client information you print the receipt. That seems like it would be a good place to be inserting the customer information into the database if it's not already there. That might help you avoid entering all the customers in initially. But I'm just guessing at this point. I've very familiar with Php/MySql systems, and somewhat familiar with Nederland, too. (I'm located in the Chicago area myself.) Hi, Im from Philippines and a part time freelancer, (see my freelancing schedule in my profile.) So basically, we need to automate the entering of customer info to a ticket. please provide the login access so i can check if the open source ticketing system is using any php framework. The level of difficulty will depend on how organized the current system is with respect to the coding. Ill be giving more info after inspecting the code. Thanks.
