small php script

Hi I need to create a small script that will feed information by an excel list ( we create the list and should be able to feed it to system) and the when we enter a ref number it displays the rest of information. It is to provide confirmations to customers The ref number and rest of information is already on the excel list. We also should be able to get a report from system (db) to see which ref numbers were confirmed Should be online As fast and cheap as possible (nothing fancy) Thanks
