Cash Back Website

Hi guys, Basically I want to build a Vietnamese version of fatwallet.com. I just want 2 modules: Cash Back & Coupons, and Forums (I don't need the Compare Prices part) For the Cash Back & Coupons part, since there is no affiliate network available in my country (meaning no CS, no [login to view URL] or anything like that), I don't know how you're going to track the transaction with the merchants. I think one way to do it is request the merchant to add a line of code to their order page, for example <script>[login to view URL]$uid&oid=<ENTR ORDER ID>&amt=<ENTER AMOUNT></script> and then have a script on my cash back website to handle that. but I'm wondering whether the merchant is willing to do it? Is there any other way to track the order? Also, the site should be fully customizable because I'm going to translate everything to Vietnamese. I also expect the site to be professionally designed.
