CraigsList Community

This has been posted before by others. I am looking for an open source or clone of [login to view URL] I need the ability to anonymize the email users, add other cities, approve ads, and then the ability to charge for certain things such as job postings or Bold Featured items. Need to have option to accept payment by paypal. This is easy if you have the script already. I need to see working demo. If you have this it will only take a short time to install. I can also help with this. I want easy install and easy to add other cities and make changes as needed. Must be like craigslist or better. May pay more for awesome work and examples! Craigslist is a community, the website is only part of it, this site must be easy to use so that people come back again! This script must be easily adaptable.
