82503 Pay Per Click Script Problems!

Smart Search scripts-The problems occured after my site was transferred to a new server by my web host. My site is a Pay Per Click Search Engine and since the transfer I have lost members & keywords from my site in my administration members area also my affiliates are not receiving their $0.04 per search credit like they are supossed to. Another BIG PROBLEM I have is that my members are now unable to add bidded keyword listings to my website ( after you add a bidded keyword it says your keyword has been added but once you do a search for that keyword you can not find the listing and it also does not show up in manage your account when you go to edit your listings. And the site is now sort of slow loading.
