Design website for location rental

I am looking for a coder to? design this website with multiple parts for my business that promotes houses & properties? to rent. The layout of the site? & graphics are completed by a professional graphic designer. *SEE ATTACHED SITE MAP & PLATFORM I need someone honest to code it because? it is not my area of expertise. I have two different types of clients. One needs access from their laptop in a hurry, which is the reason its needs to be clean with a simple navigation. That client can view the properties we have listed while in the field from their laptop. They require the ability to easily find and identify the properties they are interested in, then contact me by filling out a form on the web site, the form is emailed to me. I will then manually process the rest of their request.? The other type of client is the one who wants their property listed on the web site.? Any person should be able to submit their property for review. This process comes with four components. 1. They pay a minimal submission fee, (paid through? web site) 2.
