eBay Automatic Price Update.

I am an eBay vendor for trading cards, comics, collectibles, and hobby supplies. My main problem is getting bitten by fluctuating card prices. I already offer the lowest, but recently I was taken for $200 after a few cards skyrocketed in value (not the first time). I do not have time to manually update prices (even in turbo-lister one by one). I am looking for a way to be able (once a day or so) scan competitors website, and be able to automatically update my prices to 10% - 20% below what they sell at. I would like for the pricing to be updated without my manually doing it. I use Turbo Lister to list all of my auctions. At the current time I do not have a website only an ebay store.
