install diggs classifieds script (twice)

I have the script for a diggs classiifeds website I need the scipt installed twice onto free servers ie free hosting companies One site is for the UK and one is for the USA. I would like you to include the UK countries and the USA states (in alphabetical order) . I will add in the towns/ciites I also need you to modify the sites so it includes my terms and conditons and certain other pages to be added in. Also I require certain functions on the script to be modified Please foward your proposal on how you intend to pursue this ?
