Upload Oscommerce/creloaded template and write directions- install extra features- also SEO

I purchased 2 oscommerce/creloaded templates from EBAY a few months ago, It was supposed to have been installed by the seller but unortunately he has not responded to my numerous emals. So what I am looking for someone to do: - Templates,etc to be installed one to each domain -If you could just write the directions of what you are doing as simple as possible so that if ever needed I can re-install.(this is very important) - Add a few contributions from oscommerce or creloaded-Make an offer feature on one site -SEO on both sites any other specific changes will be emailed to you but the above are the main major things needed done.
