analyse patterns

I'm looking for a database expert who can run queries and give me a detailed report of their findings. I have a database full of lottery numbers that updates everynight. I want to be able to find patterns in those numbers. Your job is to find as many patterns as you can to help determine the winning number for the following night. I definitely want to know: -Will 2 out of the 4 numbers be the same? -Do certain numbers come out in certain times...do numbers go through a pattern every 70-75 days? -Does the day, month, or year have anything to do with the numbers? -Do the same numbers come out that came out 7 days ago...14 days ago..21 days ago,etc. -Do the same numbers come out from the previous night? -If a digit comes out 2 days in a row what's the chances it will come out again? I don't want a yes or no answer. I want a detailed report telling me and giving me extensive statistical data to back up your reasoning. I expect very thorough reports. The reports should be webpages that give me the results and allow me to click a button to run the report and get the results. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
