Create an in-house affiliate program similar to Clickbank

I'm currently using Cickbank for my website so that affiliates can refer traffic to me and earn commission based on the sales that they are able to generate, but I want to develop and use my own affiliate program so that I don't have to go through them. I need to develop an in-house affiliate program similar to Clickbank for my website. The affiliate program will allow people to create their own affiliate link to my website so that whenever a sale happens from the traffic generated by the affiliate, the affiliate program will credit that affiliate with the sale. I will manually send out a commission check to that affiliate every month. Thanks.
