I have a SAAS that embeds a widget on client's websites. This widget uses jQuery and FancyBox and several other plugins. Unfortunately it often results in conflicts. I need someone to rename the widgets and retest and demonstrate that the new widgets will not conflict with whatever versions of javascript plugins that pre-exist on the webpage.

If you can provide a sample scenario where your widget clashes that will great. Of course, should you choose to do that only for your selected bidder, I understand.

can do this easily. Actually what you are asking for is just a kind of 1 line code that will eliminate the code conflict. i faced this issue when i was designing a whole new website. so this is not new for me and it doesn't cost so much that other bidders are bidding.

Hello, My Name is Cezar and i have over 5 years experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript/Wordpress. Usually the conflicts occur with the usage of the $ sign, without associating it to the javascript library that is using it. This means that if a website uses Prototype, instead of jQuery, conflicts will occur. Even if the website doesn't use another library except jQuery, conflicts can still occur if the script functions use the $ sign without associating it to the jQuery library. You must keep in mind, that it's not easy for a programmer to debug someone else's code and the task could last more than a week. Regards, Cezar
