I like the offerings of [login to view URL] - especially their TICKER BOX EXTENDED rss widget. Only problem with this widget is the wizard doesn't allow me to adjust the picture size and font positioning. I've contacted RSSinclude admin but they just tell me to download the naked html and play with css. Well, that's beyond my skillset :P. So I'm going to the community to see who can help me out. Using the TICKER BOX EXTENDED wizard at [login to view URL], I was able to get the output to look like this (see attached file [login to view URL]). It plays like this with a very nice transition: [login to view URL] I'd love though to have the picture to be larger and the text to be to the right. I mocked up a very rough sample in Photoshop (see attached picture [login to view URL]) for what I'd like the final output to look like. If someone could figure this out for me, using [login to view URL] that'd be great - or creating a solution themselves from scratch. It'd be great to have a little app that would create this scrolling RSS player for any RSS URL I paste into it. It'd also allow me to plug in how many postings I'd like to display and the duration of each posting as well as HEX values for font colours and backgrounds. The app would simply generate an HTML page I save on my server. If this sounds like it falls in your skill set, whip me up a small example with your bid and if it works, the job is yours.
