Job portal website Required - repost

Hi All, I want to develop a Job website like refrence sites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] etc. What we need in our site.. there are Three Categories of Users who can Use Application.. 1. Job Seeker module 2. Employer module (Job Provider) 3. Admin Module (Super User) Site should be Multilingual (English and French) All Browser Compatibility (IE,Mozila,Crome etc) Silent Features of Application 1. Control Panel for Admin, Employer and Job Seeker only the site administrators have access to the control panel 2. Employer may be General employer but we can Create Subscription option for employer like Silver, Gold, and Diamond for Special Offers and Services. This offer will allow them different number of resume or CV they can download. 3. For General Job Seeker we can set no that they can respond only some Number (Limited) profiles per day. 4. Payment Gateway Integration like PayPal, Interswitch etc. 5. Banner ad controlled from admin page to display on specific pages 6. Multilingual (English and French) 7. Fully Dynamic all Data Comes from Database 8. AJAX Enabled (Asynchronous Page Post backs) to Reduce Page Round trip Between Server and Browser. 9. Proper Validation (Both Client and Server side), If Validation Failed then Proper Color Indication for Those Fields and set Focus on Those Fields on Page. 10. Email Verification When User Register on this Site 11. Facebook, Twitte, LinkedIn Links from Application I need to go with 3 contractors seperately for each module to make my work fast and get done within 8-10 days. SO i will hired seperatetly 3 contractors for each module. So place your proposal according which module you can complete as per my specs. I have attached all 3 modules details in document. Please check attached document. Tools & Technology Used :- Asp.net Using C#.Net (4.0 Framework), SqlServer2008, AJAX / AJAX Toolkit, CSS, HTML. Code will be properly documented. Budget for per module is 100$-200$ per module. Design of homepage I will provide in html format. Rest you need to make all pages according to module. Only apply who are ready expert and have experience of these requirements. Also mention in your proposal how you communicate with other contractor if you work on module so that all module can be integerate finally when completed. Thanks
