PHP–Custom features in a WP theme

I've created a new site related to property. It's a plain wordpress installation with a custom theme (purchased from themeforest) I need some modifications done in 2 phases. This project is phase 1 with easy and quick features; if you're selected, chances are you'd get phase 2 which holds 90% of features Here we go: – I want URL cloaking/masking for paths/URLs loaded in browser so that user should not be able to view links behind buttons. I will describe details as we chat. – Map drawing feature similar to [login to view URL] including popup loading listing all properties (post to freelancer) – I've main WP installation, 1 for blog, 1 for forum. I want users to have use same credentials. So if a user signs up for forum, he can login at main site using same credentials. Probably we can, somehow, use the same user table in WP. – It's a property listing site. For each property ad, contact number of property owner is displayed. I want it to be hidden by default. User should be able to reveal it upon click using ajax. – Similarly, hide email permanently from everywhere (property list, agent profile page etc). This is because we've msg sending form below each property page). – Facebook and twitter links on profile should automatically prefix [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] to help avoid spamming. Currently user can any URL and this feature can be abused. – I want a Area units measurement converter so that viewer can view different measurement units (like Sq.M into Sq. Yards and so on for Sq. ft, kanal, marla, acre, killa, murabba, ahata) I will provide formulas. User will be able to select a default currency in his profile and resultantly, he will see every page in personalized area unit. – I want a Currency converter so that viewer can view price in different currencies. A user can personalize the currency from his dashboard/profile. Such that all properties will appear with new currency. – A simple "Request Call Back" feature which will use existing email feature to send email to email address provided by property post.
