Cell phone - TEXT MESSANGING programming

I have a database of cell phone number and carier like sprint. I need you to program me a page so that when i type in the message it sends out a cell phone text message to everyone in the list. I already have all the cell phone number and the carier. This is very easy project just program a form for me to send text message (all cell phone and phone carier is already in a MYSQL database.) lowest bid wins. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
