aim BOT - Oscar Protocol URGENT!

**SERIOUS CODERS ONLY!!!** We've already been through **arbitration** with this project and do not want to go through this again. Please be SURE you can complete this project if you place a bid. Please make sure you UNDERSTAND all features of this project. Project should be completed **with-in 2 weeks**. Project will have **3 milestones**, the 1st milestone must be reached with-in a week. For more on milestones, PM us. Need an AIM bot with a chat depth of about 10 replies. The replies should be able to handle many triggers for making logical replies to people who message it. Replies and triggers should be customizeable. - Note: One feature to prepare for is AIM Chat Room Capability supporting Exchanges 5 and 16. That is, public and private aim chat rooms can be reachable using this bot. This is an optional feature of the program. **_Preferences:_** ** ** ** Access Database** to manage Bot Specific Information. (screenname, password, font color, profile, etc.) Any other RDBMS that's comparable to access will be fine. ** Windows Platform** If you'd like more details of this project I have images of this project which used TOC protocol. We do not need a TOC solution, OSCAR only. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Platform:** I prefer a windows platform if possible (Windows XP, Windows 98). If this needs to be done on a linux platform to work just as long as it's easy to customize I'm ok with that. I'm open to many suggestions as far as getting the right solution to create this aim bot. If programming in perl I believe this needs NET::OSCAR to do it. I prefer for this to be programmed using .NET if a windows solution or any other Visual Studio .NET compatible language. I prefer PERL if programming for linux/web-based administration.
