Clone Password Management Program

I need a clone of a program called 'Password Manager XP' by CP-Lab.com. All features should be included (including Internet Explorer Right Click Menu and Toolbar button), except for registration features. The program should be cloned in Visual Basic 6. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All 32 Bit Variants of Microsoft Windows Internet Explorer 4 and above.
