DirectX Overlay Please

I need a DLL that I can call from my VB6 application. It should take a bmp, make the background transparent and allow me to specify coordinates on the current directX surface to overlay on top of the active Direct X Surface. I'm trying to overlay it on top of a game. I know it can be done, as I have a Frames Per Second Utility that does that on top of the game. I do have some C++ source that shows an example of how to overlay, but I don't know C++. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as .DLL complete source code of all work done. 2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform WinXP & VB6
