Simple VB Windows App Modification

I need the attached program modified. I need to add 4 buttons to the search menu that will allow the user to step ahead one record, step back one record, step to the end of the records, or step to the beginning of the records. The buttons should near the bottom of the menu. I am in need of this by 07/24/2003 by 12pm EDT. Please let me know what you would consider to be a reasonable fee.
