Semi-automatic and local page scraping application is needed. The Application you create has to be able to bypass CAPTCHA once user enters the challenge. We have to be able to mine the data and extract it to .xls and .csv formats. We expect that documentation explaining the function of each part of the web scraper software will be provided by the programmer, as well as source code free of license restrictions.
