Build a website -without any e-commerce - to the design attached. The website needs have three variations, an Desktop, ipad and android/iphone version. The design document is around pages in length with layouts and styles. Please read carefully and send any questions back. There are some minor coding required to integrate some specific requirements. The website must be built in Dreamweaver to allow me to regularly update the content in the page. The website shall be loaded onto a [login to view URL] Linux site. There is an expectation the website should be completed around 4 weeks from commencement. Ownership of the design shall be transferred over to me. A few design issues that are important, it should be fast to up load and Google friendly The site shall be SEO optimised. At least, as much as it can. I would like to have weekly status updates, along with evidence of the site being built. There will be 2 milestone payments a long with the final payment. The ratio shall be 25%, 25% 50%(final payment)
