Coppermine gallery registerred member upload limit

Hi I have a Coppemrine gallery. Currently registerred members are able to upload any amount of files to the public gallery. Registerred members can also only upload a number images to their private gallery. I need to somehow combine the registerred members account with the total limit allowed to upload in the private and public section allocated in the coppermin gallery. In other words. If a user registers in the gallery they will be able to upload a total X (allocated) Mbytes in both public and private galleries combined. Thanks Quintin
