Customization of the Already built Instant Commission Affiliate Network & sales platform

We are looking for smart developers with PHP, my SQL skill set along with other required minor skills. to customize & create an Instant Commission Affiliate Network along with some more features. We already have build the basic version of the this ICAN.. SOME OF THE EXISTING FEATURES (not needed for development but is already built). READ TILL THE END & READ THE REQUIREMENT AT THE LAST. *A single account signup *Separate control panels for vendors & affiliates *A marketplace with all products listed where affiliates can search products and request product affiliate approvals *Affiliates can access detailed data including sales, hits to their affiliate links & conversions *Admin ability to charge affiliates a monthly fees to access the products OR you can allow affiliates for FREE *Affiliates get paid commission on every sale instantly by splitting the Paypal payment *Smooth product listing process for vendors & admin will be notified to approve the product *Admin can charge a one time product listing fees OR make it FREE *Secure order delivery with one time order access keys & real time Paypal server data check *Vendors can create dime sales (price increase after every set amount of sales) *Vendors can limit the number of of sales *Vendors can automatically integrate buyers into their Aweber list * admin have ability to charge both affiliates & vendors a single OR a recurring price to use your network *Detailed sales report to vendors including customer name & email, hits sent to them by their affiliates & detailed payment data (including Paypal stats) * vendor can, setup any affiliate commission you wish for one time cost products & you will be paid instanly by splitting Paypal payment (means you get paid for every single sale). *vendor can, you can set 5 different commission rates (25%, 50%, 66%, 75% & 100%) for recurring products *vendor can, send one click "process refund" notification to affiliates with their Paypal transaction ID *Vendors have the ability to approve or deny any affiliate request & the affiliate will be notified instantly by email *A dedicated admin area where admin can edit member details, delete products and approve or deny product submissions ------------------------REQUIREMENT----------------------- 1. As i said the features are of the basic script. but it hasn't a good User interface. we need damn user interface for the site along with........ 2. The basic script has paypal adaptive (instant split of affiliate commission) payment features but not serial payment features where one sale goes to vendor and the next one goes to affiliate. but its also a very important feature as a lot of countries doesn't support the adaptive (instant split of affiliate commission). 3.
