exact clone of geizhals.net price comparison

I have posted this project before but now raised the budget to get high quality biddings. I need an EXACT clone of [login to view URL] which is a price comparison site including 100% features and templates. In addition it should have a multilanguage support. You need to do the site in english, I will take care of translation. Please take a look at the site carefully before bidding. The inputs to the script are .CSV; .HTML Tables or .XLS Excel files. Autocrawler is not needed at the moment. The script should be in PHP, database is MySQL. Priority will be given to service providers having a similar demo, offering lowest price with best review ratings. Payment will be done via Escrow step by step only. Escrows will be only released after fully completed the job. There will be no advaned payments.
